Easier, Safer, More Efficient!

03/17/2009

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your product. I am a 56 year old builder. I bought my first little giant in 1993 when I was doing disaster restoration work. I now own four.

I bought my newest one in 2007. I now work at interior and exterior remodeling. The versatility of your ladders is a real plus for working in stairways, on hips or valleys on roofs, and on uneven ground or around bushes that always seem to be right where I have to work.

My newest little giant is at least twice as heavily built as my first one. The improvement of design is incredible. But do you know what; the ladder I bought from you 16 years ago works every bit as well as the new one.

I carry 4 little giants inside my van strapped to my tool shelves. This still leaves me enough room for all the rest of my equipment and materials. It also allows me to leave my tall ladders at home for a lot of jobs. That way I don’t have to climb on top of my van to get them down in the morning and climb back up at the end of the day to secure them again, or chain them up in the homeowner’s yard.

I use my little giants every day. I use the ladders as a set of scaffolding for installing siding and even installing 2nd story windows or soffit and fascia work.

I have to tell you about the work platforms. At 56 years old, it’s all about how comfortable I am while performing the task at hand; and being able to step past the platform and then back down to it, allowing me a safer, larger area to stand on, that isn’t right against the house, is awesome. Many times I use 2 work platforms - one for standing on, and a second as a place to put the tools that are not in my work belt. Like a cordless for pilot holes, another for running screws, and a nail gun or stapler. I can’t tell you how many trips up and down the ladder that saves me.

In closing, I have to say the Little Giant Ladder has helped me to make the way I approach a job and perform the work easier, safer, and more efficient. For me, the old style step ladder is obsolete. I do not own one. The little giant does everything the old style did, and much more.

Keep up the good work.

Thank you
